After her comeback shows last year were met with a decidedly mixed response, Lauryn Hill has announced a one-off acoustic show in London next month.
The former Fugees member played a series of UK dates - her first in many years - back in September. The opening night made headlines for all the wrong reasons - when she turned up an hour and a half late, performed barely recognisable versions of her songs and was booed by the crowd.
With any luck though, her first (and possibly only) UK gig of 2015 will fare better. The singer will perform an acoustic set, dubbed Small Axe: Acoustic Performance Series, at the Shepherd's Bush Empire on 15 July.
If it's anything like her acoustic apology to Lagos for cancelling her gig there, it's going to be incredible.
