The 1975's Matt Healy, Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne and many more musicians have paid their respects after Nick Cave's son Arthur died falling from a cliff in Brighton.
The Bad Seeds frontman's 15-year-old child fell from a cliff at the Ovingdean Gap in Sussex, and was found by a member of the public at 6pm on Tuesday (14 July).
Cave, wife Susie Bick and Arthur's twin brother Earl issued a family statement describing him as a "beautiful, happy loving boy," adding "We ask that we be given the privacy our family needs to grieve at this difficult time,"
Arthur and Earl featured in Cave's acclaimed documentary film, 20,000 Days On Earth.
Now, many fellow musicians have taken to social media to express their thoughts and sympathies over Arthur's death.
My thoughts go out to Nick Cave today. So terribly sad xx

No right to appropriate the grief of a stranger with such familiarity but oh, how my heart aches for Nick Cave & Susie & Earl at their loss.
