Sinead O'Connor has taken to Facebook to slam and shame a man who she accuses of threatening to rape her.
The 'Nothing Compares To You' star, now 48 years of age, has been touring in 2015 after releasing one of the most acclaimed veteran pop albums of last year with I'm Not Bossy, I'm The Boss.
O'Connor this week took to her official Facebook page to hit out at the man in question with a post which has since been deleted. However, Metro report that it read: "Despite the fact you are very aware I was admitted to hospital two weeks ago and have been on suicide watch ever since (in no small part due to your incessant sexualy disturbed harassment of me which been ongoing since March) you continue to bombard me with scores of emails per day, in which you gleefully state that you are setting me up to be raped."

Since her initial claims, she has updated her Facebook with news that the man in question has been arrested:
"You're getting arrested at some point in the next 48 hours. You're going straight before a judge. No jury. No trial. You'll be told not to contact any of us any more.
"And you're going to court at a later date.
"Forensically verifiable fact, motherfucker.
"I suggest you don't make your case any worse by contacting me any more. Oh and in case you try to flee, the cops are tailing you. They're watching everything you're sending us, and they're watching you. They're listening to your phones also. So they know you're lying about people threatening the life of your daughter/s.
"They have access to my e mail account, and yours, and those of everyone you have been harassing. They have assured me you will be banned from social media by Thursday. What an appropriate birthday gift for you.
"Your goose is cooked. Pervert. Pack your jail bag.
"Sinead gets last laugh

She has previously spoken out about being stalked online, claiming the internet is 'the most dangerous place on Earth'.
Sinead O'Connor also made headlines this year after slamming Kim Kardashian as a 'c**t' and asking why she was on the cover of Rolling Stone.
