As The Courteeners' were closing off their epic year with a victory lap tour of the UK, the band were forced to pull their show at London's Shepherds Bush Empire after the iconic West London venue suffered 'serious structural damage'.
The band, whose setlist now includes cuts from their four massive albums, have been enjoyed a huge 2015 - including shows at Heaton Park and Ibiza Rocks.
Now, there are fears for the future of London's Shepherds Bush Empire, after it has been closed for emergency repairs.
"We’ve just been told it’s ‘serious structural damage’," said Fray on Twitter of the cancellation. "They checked a problem and it was a lot worse than they first thought.
"I know you’re all disappointed. But if something happened to one of those balconies with all you guys inside it does not bear even thinking about."

Shepherds Bush Empire then took to Twitter to confirm the news:
Afraid we won't have news about our structural works until Monday, sorry we can't reply to all individual tweets until we have more info.
