Chris Brown has responded to allegations that he assaulted a woman at a hotel on New Year's Day, saying, "I don't know this old-looking bitch."
Liziane Gutierrez claims that she was punched in the face by the singer - who only recently finished a probation period issued after he assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - after asking him for a photograph.
In a statement published by NBC, police confirmed that they had received a report of battery at the Palms Casino Report, and found a woman "who appeared to have minor injuries sustained as a result of a battery."
Brown responded to the claims with a short and unpleasant video, in which he said, "Obviously somebody is looking to get a cheque or start some shit. I don't know this old-looking bitch. This bitch is old, like, dusty. Look at her in the Jason Derulo video - she probably came to my room and was too ugly to get in."
Brown also wrote on Instagram, "I'm going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the fuck up."
The Jason Derulo video he mentions is one published by TMZ last year, which shows Gutierrez unhappy to be left out of the singer's ride home from the club.
Meanwhile, Brown's manager, Mike G, also denied the allegations, saying, "Shame on the networks that gave this story life and this liar her 15 minutes." A representative for the singer also described the allegations as "unequivocally untrue."
