Hey, remember Pixie Lott? She's still around. In fact, she's just released a brand new song with a little help from a shortlisted artist in this year's BBC Sound Of 2016. Listen to 'What Now' below.
The song was released to coincide with the singer's 25th birthday (11 January), and features WSTRN's Akelle Charles. It's a solid, inoffensive ballad with hints of electronic R&B, but it's not the most inventive thing we've heard this week.

Lott first broke into the mainstream with her debut single, 'Mama Do', in 2009 when she was 18. Her subsequent album, Turn It Up, sold 1.5 million copies worldwide. By 2014 though, she'd fallen from stardom quite catastrophically. Not that sales figures are all that's important, but her self-titled third album sold just under 5,000 copies in the UK.
Let's hope her fourth LP fares a little better.
