The BRIT Award nominations have been announced, and Adele, James Bay and Years & Years lead the pack, with four nominations each.
The nominations were revealed last night (14 January) in a ceremony that was broadcast on ITV just over a month before the ceremony itself. It looks like Adele is set to repeat her 2012 success, with nominations for Best British Album, Best British Female, as well as the single and video awards.
Years & Years, meanwhile, are up for British Group, British Breakthrough Act, British Single and British Artist Video of the Year.
Aphex Twin, Calvin Harris, James Bay, Jamie xx and Mark Ronson are up for British Male Solo Artist, while Adele, Amy Winehouse (despite dying in 2011), Florence + The Machine, Jess Glynne and Laura Marling are up for British Female Solo Artist.
Blur, Coldplay and Foals are up against One Direction and Years & Years for the British Group gong, while Jamie xx's In Colour is amongst the Album Of The Year nominations.
The awards themselves, meanwhile, will be hosted once again by Ant & Dec on 24 February. See the full list of nominees below.
