While the rumour mill continues to whirl around the rest of line-up, one thing you can be sure of is that one of these eight bands will be performing at Glasto 2016 - with the finalists for the Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition unveiled.
Rising acts Bossy Love, Early Ghost, Gillbanks, Hattie Whitehead, Henry Green, Lady Sanity, Marcus McCoan and She Drew The Gun have all made the final cut - with one of them going on to win the chance to perform on one of Glastonbury's main stages, as well as a £5,000 PRS for Music Foundation Talent Development prize.
Two runners up will win £2,500. Past winners of the competition include The Subways, The Golden Silvers, Scouting For Girls and Stornoway.
“Once again, we’ve been impressed by both the quality and quantity of new music out there in the UK and Ireland, with thousands of talented acts entering this year’s competition," said Glastonbury boss Emily Eavis. "It was extremely tough to narrow the 120 acts on the longlist down to 8 finalists, but we’re really pleased with the group of acts we’ve ended up with. I can’t wait to see them play at the live finals.”

After Coldplay and Muse were revealed to be topping the bill, the Eavis' also said that Foo Fighters won't be performing, all of the headliners are British and the full line-up will be revealed by April.
The rumours for the remaining Glasto headliner include the likes of Adele, Stone Roses and Radiohead. Meanwhile, Jess Glynne inadvertantly confirmed herself for Glastonbury 2016 - while Art Garfunkel's guitarist also revealed that the 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' star would be appearing.
Last month saw Plans for a huge David Bowie tribute have also been announced.
In other Glastonbury news, they recently announced that the legendary John Peel Tent will be moved, and when tickets will go on re-sale.
