Adele asked a fan to put away their video camera and tripod at a recent show, saying, “I’m really here in real life," - and fans have had feelings about it. Watch the video below.

The singer was performing in Italy over the weekend, when she spotted someone filming with a video camera. "Can you stop filming me with a video camera because I’m really here in real life,” she told the fan.

“You can enjoy it in real life rather than through your camera. Can you take your tripod down? This isn’t a DVD this is a real show, and I’d like you to enjoy my show because there’s lots of people outside that couldn’t come in.”

It’s had a mixed reactions from fans, some of whom felt that she was within her right, and that the tripod was one step too far, while others felt that she had unnecessarily humiliated a fan who just wanted to capture the moment.
