One Prince fan has shown his love for the late, great, Purple One by painting a breathtaking street art mural in tribute to His Royal Badness. Check it out below.
The beautiful work of art has appeared in Australia, but found worldwide fame after being shared across the internet.
Taking to Facebook, the artist Mr G Hoete Art said: "Tribute to one of my fav artists, a creative genius & all time legend who was a major influence throughout my childhood & life..so many memories.. painted at Street Uni Liverpool, Sydney Australia. Big thanks to Delise and team for the wall!"
Speaking to The Daily Mail, he said that he was now seeking sponsorship to help him paint a five-storey-high mural of Prince at his home in Paisley Park, Minnesota.
"After working full-time as an artist for the last 10 years, I've learned the power of art to help the grieving process," he said. "I grew up with Prince's music, I'm the baby of the family and my older brother was a huge fan so I listened to his records all the time.
"Some of my favourite memories growing up were listening to that music, seeing all the album artwork."
Other new tributes to Prince come from Kate Bush who called him 'truly magical', and from David Gilmour who performed 'Purple Rain' with Pink Floyd's 'Comfortably Numb'.
