David Bowie may sadly no longer be with us, but he continues to surprise his. Now, it emerges that one of the Blackstar icon's final wishes before his death was for his music to feature in hit TV show, Peaky Blinders.
The show, which tells the story of a 19th century gang in Birmingham, has previously featured music by the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Nick Cave and PJ Harvey. Now, it looks like the Thin White Duke could be next.
"It seems that his people were keen to establish that we could use it before he died," creator Stephen Knight told The Radio Times. "
"[Bowie] sent a photo of himself with razor blades in his cap to Cillian [Murphy] about a year ago. I got in touch with his people who came back straight away and said he was a big, big fan."
The BBC are yet to comment on whether or not Bowie's music could feature in the show.
This would not be the first time that Bowie has dabbled in television. The title track of his final album Blackstar was the theme for The Last Panthers, as well as making an incredible cameo in Ricky Gervais' Extras.
Recent stars to pay musical tributes to David Bowie include Duran Duran and the late, great Prince.
