One Direction’s Harry Style sat in on a Brexit debate at the House Of Lords yesterday (5 July).

It seems even world famous boyband members are a little concerned about the state of the country. Yesterday, following Britain’s decision to leave the EU, Styles was invited by Professor Robert Winston to sit on on a Lords debate on the topic.

As NME reports, the Labour Lord’s son Ben has worked with 1D on music videos and documentaries.

A Labour Lord spokesperson said, “My theory is that he was in for the start of the two-day debate on Brexit and its consequences. He's clearly heard that the Government has no direction.” *mic drop*

Meanwhile, Styles recently signed a solo deal with Columbia Records while his band are on an extended hiatus.
