Despite divorcing David Guetta's ex-wife Cathy has recently designed a new Ibizan villa, named after the French DJ's 2011 hit Titanium showing there's no room for sentimentality when there's business to be made. The 'Villa Titanium'; is up for rent if you can afford the €251,000 price.
Considered to be one of the most luxurious and exclusive on the party island it offers 12 en suite bedrooms, its own night club called Cathy Cat Club, a DJ Booth in the lounge area. There's also multiple yoga, meditation, and massage area, a spa with a mosaic-tiled hammam and extensive secluded gardens. With round the clock staff on hand, too, it's not wonder it's made it into business magazine Forbes; 11 most expensive villas in the world.
It’s Located on the Sant Jose road, which is a stones through from the centre of Ibiza and from the beaches of Las Salinas.
The former Mrs Guetta opened the villa with a massive house warming party for 800 guests including South African DJ Black Coffee on the decks, living statues, chocolate fountains and plenty of other nameless celebrities, so if you fancy partying like Guetta and have a quarter of a million to spare, you know where to go.
Cathy Guetta, who was with David for 22 years is known to have been responsible for building a lot of his business; and in addition to owning a lot of rights to the music she took him for half his worth when they divorced which was a healthy 16 million dollar sum. A source close to Davi said: He's the rock star, she's the business mogul.
It seems the business lady is ill content to just retire on that and this luxurious adventure will keep her income coming in. For the opening part she had a 800 guests, including many celebrities, a DJ, living statues, chocolate fountains. Lavish.
