It's been confirmed that Flying Lotus and Anderson .Paak are working on music together, and that their collaboration track will drop 'soon'.
A Twitter exchange between a fan and the two artists broke the news, as user Dylan Mawby claimed "The world needs an Anderson Paak and Flying Lotus track", to which Flying Lotus replied "It exists. Soon!".
Adding to the hype Paak also responded to the tweets claiming "They not ready!!!". Guess we'll just have to keep those eyes peeled.
The world needs an @AndersonPaak
and @flyinglotus track. Maybe throw a little Captain Murphy on there for good measure — Dylan Mawby (@SimplyMawbulous) January 9, 2017

In the meantime, it's been confirmed that FLyLo will perform at this summer's Field Day event in London. The LA producer will join the likes of Aphex Twin, Death Grips and Slowdive at London's Victoria Park. His debut film Kuso will also premiere at the Sundance Film Festival next week - It's looking like a jam-packed year already, then.
Flying Lotus previously promised a new album for 2016, so we shouldn't have much longer to wait for the follow-up to 2014's You're Dead.
Meanwhile, Anderson .Paak will support Bruno Mars on his '24K Magic' world tour, which kicks-off in March. Check here for ticket information.
