Knebworth holds around 85,000 people. Big gaff. Somewhere that a lot of artists will only ever dream of selling out but somewhere Liam Gallagher was able to fill twice in 2022. Contrast that with his recent announcement, that ahead of the release of his ‘Knebworth 2022’ live album, he’ll be doing one of his most intimate shows to date at KOKO.

There are arguments to be made for both large and small gigs. On one hand, live music is very much about community, and so when you are one amongst 85,000 people, all strangers, all connected by one bloke on stage and a singalong, what could be better than that? That being said, the atmosphere, feeling, and most importantly drinks queues at smaller venues are all a lot better, giving them their own important edge. With a show like this though, the appeal comes knowing you’re never going to get a chance to see one of the biggest rock n roll stars the UK has ever produced so up close and personal again.

So, how do you get tickets? The show is for sure going to be in massive demand, but fans who are keen on seeing Liam at KOKO will get an access code for pre-sale if they pre-order the ‘Knebworth 22’ album from the official store before 3pm on July 4th. The official pre-sale will then start at 10am the following day. People are only able to get two tickets per person, so fans do have a chance of getting into this once in a lifetime show.

This will be Liam’s only indoor gig of the summer as he takes to KOKO after its relaunch following artists like Central Cee, Arcade Fire, Little Simz, Nas and Stormzy. With the form that Liam has been on for his most recent live shows, been in an iconic venue like KOKO for the launch of such a monumental album is simply not one to miss.

Pre-order the new album for a pre-sale code today!
