T In The Park is set to move to a new site for the festival next year, it has been confirmed.
The Scottish festival will be held at Balado in Kinross for the final time next month, with performances from Biffy Clyro, Arctic Monkeys, Calvin Harris, Jake Bugg, Paolo Nutini, Pharrel, Pixies, Franz Ferdinand, Chvrches, Elbow, Manic Street Preachers, The 1975 and many more.
Now, organisers have been forced to find a new location because of health and safety concerns at the disused airfield.
The Health and Safety Executive told Perth and Kinross Council they had ''substantial concern'' over the BP Forties oil pipeline, which lies directly underneath the site and carries crude oil from the North Sea to Grangemouth.
A ''top secret'' new site is said to have been earmarked for the festival - with Stirling and Loch Lomond tipped as potential new locations, reports Contact Music.
T In The Park festival 2014 takes place from 11 - 13 July. For tickets and more information visit Gigwise Tickets.
