While the version sticks fairly close to the original, albeit with the addition of deformed drummers, quite why American Horror Story had to censor the swear words is beyond us. In a show full of deeply unpleasant shocks (Twisty the clown isn't getting any less creepy) it seem crazy that the audience couldn't cope with the odd swear word.
American Horror Story: Freak Show begins on Fox UK on 21 October at 10pm.
