Chvrches have shared a very karaoke-style short cover of Seal's 'Crazy', and announced that they're starting work on their new album in January.
The band posted the picture above on Facebook yesterday, alongside the caption, "Over 365 shows in two years and we're going home. Work on album two starts in January." (There follows a series of emoticons that you will just have to imagine).
Shortly afterwards, the band shared a video showing them in a car, singing along to Seal's 'Crazy', which ends with lead singer Lauren Mayberry demanding, "Open high hats!" If their new album is polished as this, we're in for a treat.

Though they've not yet started work on it, the band told Gigwise this summer that they'd already begun putting their thoughts together for the follow-up to The Bones Of What You Believe.
"I wouldn't say it's like reinventing the wheel in terms of the sound of the band," said Mayberry, "but I think when we properly get in to the studio, we'll probably put into play stuff we've learned from playing the songs live, but I guess at this stage it's hard to say exactly where that's going to be because we haven't made it yet."
Synth player and singer Martin Doherty added: "Everyone knows you don't go mad weird until your third record. First album, you establish yourself, second album is similar but better and third album you can go as weird as you like."
