Spotify has debuted its Year In Music function, which breaks down the users experience into a series of infographics.
The function analyses your listening habits into a series of stastistics including genre, top songs, albums, days of the week, seasons and most importantly how many minutes you listened to.
At the end of the analysis, the nifty little service also creates a "Play It Forward" playlist based on your music tastes - looking to 2015 and the new music that you might enjoy. Check out the function here.
The Gigwise writer in question listened to 55,109 minutes of music in total, which translates into 38 days. His top song was 'Artfifice' by SOHN and his top genre was Alternative Metal with 25%. You may be surprised by what your results turn up.
