To mark the release of his new album Syro, Aphex Twin has discussed his lack of interest in big named DJing and, naturally, his love of music making robots.

He also explained about his studio set up. "This guy called God [Godfried-Willem Raes] made me some drum robots recently. I've been playing with those, and it's totally fucking awesome, the best toy imaginable." He also discussed other additons. "Then there's Disklavier computer-controlled pianos, MIDI pipe organs, stuff like that – they're real instruments, but they're controlled by a computer." R
