It feels like we've been waiting forever for this, but the remarkable Courtney Barnett has finally announced details of her debut album - as well as announced a UK tour and unveiling her new single.
Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit is the long-awaited debut album from 2014's surprise breakout star, following on from her brilliant Sea Of Split Peas double EP. 'Pedestrian At Best' is the LP's first single, leaning on her idiosyncratic, self-deprecating and playfully poetic lyrics but with the much harder grunge-folk sound of her live set bleeding through.
