Enrique Iglesias made headlines this weekend, after he shocked fans by cutting his hand open on a drone during a gig, but continued to perform with a severely bloodied hand. Watch footage of the incident below.
The 'Hero' star was performing in Tijuana in Mexico, when he reached for an overhead drone filming the show. He is seen flinching in pain as he injured himself on the machine, before throwing the drone to the side of the stage and unveiling a bloodied hand.
However, in true trooper fashion, he continued to perform - even drawing a heart on his shirt with the blood:

A spokesman for Iglesias has since confirmed that he was 'semi-treated' at the side of stage and advised to cut the show short. He did however complete the performance, before seeking full medical attention.
