Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has paid tribute to his friend and hero Lemmy by being inked with a Motorhead tattoo.
Rock icon Lemmy Kilmister shocked the music world when he died of cancer earlier this week. He was 70-years-old. The likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Brian May and Josh Homme have all paid their respects to the bassist and vanguard, but now Grohl has had his immortalised in the form of Ace Of Spades tattoo - check it out below:

Grohl and Lemmy had been close friends for many years - with the pair collaborating and performing together on many occasions. Lemmy also famously made an awesome cameo in Foo Fighters' video for 'White Limo':
Lemmy lost his battle to cancer, after discovering he had the disease just days before. The remaining members of the band spoke of the loss, telling fans: "We cannot begin to express our shock and sadness, there aren’t words."
