St Vincent's intense live show grew a little more dramatic this week, after Annie Clark's standard daredevil climbing habits saw her fall from a high speaker stack.
The 'Digital Witness' art-rock queen was performing at the Tennesse Theatre in Knoxville when she began to scale a stack of speakers before the crowd. The top speaker then dislodged, leaving Clark to fall perilously down back down to the stage.
Watch footage of the incident below:
St Vincent then took to Twitter to assure fans that she was 'cut but not concussed', and to thank the venue's security guard for 'saving her life':
Patrick, security guard at Tennessee Theater in Knoxville, likely saved my life tonight. #cutsbutnoconcussions #emt #300lbspeakercollapse

More importantly, Patrick is also ok. Thank god. #cutbutnoconcussion

*in case it wasn't clear that I was referring to both of us in the first tweet.*
