Foo Fighters perform with 8-year-old in Manchester - video Photo:
As Foo Fighters' UK tour rolls on, the band have made headlines after inviting an eight-year-old fan on stage to perform with them. Check out footage below.

The band were playing at Old Trafford in Manchester last week, when during 'Times Like These', Dave Grohl suddenly paused. To his amazement he’d spotted a young fan sat on his dad’s shoulders singing the lyrics word for word. He invited the lucky kid on stage to help him sing the rest of the intro, aww bless.

"I just saw this little kid singing our lyrics over there," said Grohl, before asking the boy: "How old are you? You’re eight years old and you know Foo Fighters lyrics? I like you. This song goes out to you."

He then invited young Frankie on stage, before asking: "What’s that? You want him to come onstage? Come on motherfucker. You better bring your dad with you too. Oh yeah, bring your mama. I’m not taking care of you, that’s for goddamn sure."

Then, right on cue for the drop, the band reappeared in the middle of the catwalk rocking out on a turn table stage. The band then continued to play as if they were just having a practice jamming session. Giving us covers of songs which had inspired them, such as, The Faces’, 'Stay With Me' and their own take of the famous Queen classic 'Under Pressure' with drummer; Taylor Hawkins showing us some of his delightful vocal talents.

The Foos then returned to the main stage to play the incredible 'All My Life', vowing to cram in as many songs as possible, cutting out the clichéd encore and stopping only when made. So what was their last song you ask? Well, it had to be 'Best Of You' - they are true stadium performance, leaving an impression that will last for the rest of your life.
