Liam Gallagher and The Who's Roger Daltrey are reportedly set to form a supergroup for the comeback special of 90s show TFI Friday.
According to The Sun, the band will perform 'My Generation' alongside Ian Broudie of The Lightning Seeds and drummer Zak Starkey, Ringo Starr's son and former member of Oasis.
A 'source' said: "Liam's got a bit of time on his hands since Beady Eye called it a day last year so he fancied trying his hand at something new. He's told his mates he's pretty bored. Other than Noel, you would be hard pushed to find a better set of bandmates than Roger, Ian and Zak. It's a proper supergroup and the performance will be something to remember."
Chris Evans will once again host the classic 90s show for a one-off special this Friday (June 12) which is also set to feature the likes of Blur, The Stone Roses, Rudimental, Years & Years.
