Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, has filed for divorce from her husband Isaiah Silva.
In divorce documents that PEOPLE magazine has obtained they show that Cobain is citing irreconcilable differences after 21 months of marriage.
Though Cobain and Silva have been together for five years, Cobain has never publicly acknowledged their marriage.
The documents filed asks that all premarital assets obtained by Cobain prior to the wedding in 2014 which would include the estate she inherited that is valued at $450 million.
Cobain is believed to be open to paying Silva spousal support.
Isaiah Silva is the frontman of the band, The Eeries.
