WHITE have unleashed their brilliant new single 'Blush'. Listen to it first on Gigwise below.

The Glaswegian five-piece gave us some insight into this dark, richly-produced and pulsing anthem. "We wanted to give it a manic, claustrophobic feel," they explained.

How did they achieve this? Well, by "cramming the verses full of atonal guitar, saxophone & pulsing synths attacking from all angles - the musical equivalent of pacing along Sauchiehall Street at night while drunks fall out of doorways into your path."

The band recently caught the music world's attention with an epic set at Mumford & Sons' Gentlemen Of The Road Festival. "It was brilliant," they told us of their performance. "The massive stage gave us all the room we need for performing, mic-stand tipping & guitar-solo-staggering."

The rapidly evolving group will soon be headlining the Tenement Trail Festival in Glasgow on 3 October, as well as staking their claim back into the music world with BBC Introducing sets at Reading and Leeds Festival on the 29 and 30 August..

When not playing shows, the band are focused on creating as much music as they possibly can. "We spend all our free time between gigs in the studio, at home recording, writing, plotting and scheming."
