Hookworms have shared a new live recording of the classic Velvet Underground cut 'I'm Not A Young Man Anymore'. Check it out below
The track is a one-off performance never to be repeated and is taken from Live volume III which was released digitally yesterday. The track takes all the noise-rock influence that The Velvets laid down back in the 60s and fires it right back at the track with a roaring 2015 rework.

Hookworms' bassist MB explains how the cover came about: “It marked the first time we ever played The Hum live almost in its entirety, about six months before it was officially released. Spending that whole weekend surrounded by amazing music and many of our friends has been one of the high points of the band so this is a nice way to honour and remember it."
The Hum has went on to be one of the most highly acclaimed albums of 2014 and the raw atmosphere on the songs here gives fans an opportunity to see hear the band in their most organic form and refelcts what a great live band they are.
