A third attacker who carried out the 89 killings at an Eagles Of Death Metal show at The Bataclan in Paris on 13 November 2015 has been named.
Now, the AFP news agency and the Le Parisien newspaper have identified a third attacker as 23-year-old Fouad Mohamed-Aggad, from Strasbourg. It is reported that Mohamed-Aggad travelled to Syria in late 2013 as part of a group of radicalised youth from Strasbourg- and that a number of the group were later arrested upon returning to France in spring last year.
Previously named killers in the attack are Frenchmen Omar Ismail Mostefai, 29, and Samy Amimour, 28 - both of whom, blew themselves up.
All three were French speaking. Over 130 people were killed in a spate of attacks across Paris.
Among those who died were music industry insiders and journalists, as well as Eagles Of Death Metal's merchandise manager, Nick Alexander.
This week saw Eagles Of Death Metal return to Paris - joining U2 on stage for a surprise performance in tribute to those who lost their lives, before returning to The Bataclan, where they tearfully looked through the floral tributes on display.
