Primal Scream have unveiled their huge new single 'Where The Light Gets In' - featuring the amazing Sky Ferreira.

This is the first glimpse of material from the band's forthcoming album, Chaosmosis, and the two vocalists, Bobby Gillespie and Sky Ferreira, work extremely well together. It shows the Screamadelica legends are still on extraordinary form in the studio and it's a good indication that the new Primal Scream album will be amazing.

Speaking about working with the band previously, Ferreira said to Billboard:"The reason I like working with them is because there's absolutely no pressure. It's nice to walk in somewhere and they're not like, 'Okay, your label is harassing me about this and that.' I set it up without anyone else involved, so we just sit and write in a room and there's no pressure."

"It's also just really cool talking to [Bobby Gillespie]! Jesus and Mary Chain [Gillespie's former band] is one of my favourite bands ever, so at first I was a little nervous. It’s really nice to meet with someone and not be disappointed by it, to have them meet every expectation."

Chaosmosis will be released via the bands own label First International and Ignition Records on 18 March.

It is the first album to be released since 2013's, More Light. That album featured collaborations with Linda Thompson, Lovefoxxx, Lykke Li and Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age.

Considering the band's habit for experimenting with different musicians, the new album could be just as star studded. We will have to wait and see.
