The 1975 have unveiled a new song called ‘Somebody Else’ and have confirmed their place on Radio 1 Presents at the O2 Forum in London.
Radio 1 Presents, which will take place on 29 February in will also feature Jake Bugg, Lady Leshurr and Annie Mac.
The band premiered ‘Somebody Else’ on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show. You can listen to it below.
The laid back electronic song is taken from their upcoming album, I Like It When You Sleep For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It, which will be released on 26 February. The band has also released ‘The Sound', 'UGH!' and 'Love Me' from the album.
Matt Healy recently explained the reasoning behind the album’s long title, saying that it was "something I said to a girlfriend of mine at the time. Like all situations, I'm sure it wasn't quite as poetic as it sounds."
The 1975 also recently performed a G-funk version of Justin Bieber’s ‘Sorry’.
The band will embark on a UK tour next month, full dates are below. For tickets and information, visit here.
