As the phenomenon of Pokemon Go continues to bewitch the population, now a live tour of the music from the iconic TV show and game is returning to the UK. Full dates are below and tickets will be on sale here.
Pokemon: Symphonic Evolutions will see the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra perform musical arrangements from the main Pokémon video game series for two nights at London's Hammersmith Eventim Apollo.
The event will see a wide selection of Pokémon game theme tunes performed by a live orchestra with music composed by Chad Seiter (based on the game themes composed by Junichi Masuda) and accompanied by animation conceptualized and directed by Jeron Moore.
“Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions is a spectacular showcase of the memorable music that has been a hallmark of Pokémon for nearly 20 years,” said J.C. Smith, director of Consumer Marketing at The Pokémon Company International. “The concert is a thank you to fans and an invitation to share our passion for Pokémon by reliving some of our fondest memories of Pokémon. We look forward to seeing fans of all ages enjoying this very special Pokémon orchestral event together.”
