Gorillaz' one day festival Demon Dayz, held at the old seaside amusement park Dreamland in Margate on 10 June, will feature performances from the likes of Vince Stapes, Danny Brown, and De La Soul.
Another act to join the line-up is marked as "special guest" but it is bound to be a huge iconic, making this festival even more sought after than it already is.
Joining the aforementioned are Popcaan, Little Simz, Kali Uchis, Kilo Kish and Gorillaz Sound System.
Dreamland is an old-school seafront amusement park that was first opened in the 1880s. After years of decline it was finally closed early this century. But a huge restoration project led by Thanet Council saw it open again in 2015.
Since then, the venue has been the subject of increased use by the music industry to the point where Margate is now getting dubbed "Shoreditch-on-sea." It's not long before the Kent seaside town will be talked about in the same breath as Brighton as a thriving cultural centre.
We're excited to see what Damon Albarn is going to do with the place. He is likely to have some impressive way of personalising it for Gorillaz that will surpass any expectations we can give.
Also just to hear the music from the new album live with all the incredible visuals and stunning cast of musicians that join them there is a treat in itself.
