Erasure, those fine purveyors of perfect synth pop, are about to get their fans and beyond into a spin with news of two major tours and a brand new remix of ‘Love You To the Sky’, helmed by none other than Vince Clarke himself.
The duo, whose 17th studio album, World Be Gone, crashed the Top 10 of the UK albums charts with a peak of Number Six and also hit the Number Three position of the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic albums in the US, will head out on a headline tour of the UK in February.
Their sojourn kicks off in Dundee on 2 February, before playing a further 16 dates around the UK ahead of winding up at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo. Tickets go on sale today (June 2) and full details can be found here.

The track is featured on the Love You To The Sky EP, and is out today (June 2) as a Maxi CD and Digital EP. In addition to the Vince Clarke remix, it also includes mixes by Ladytron, Loframes, Adam Turner and Matt Pop, as well as a previously unreleased b-side, ‘Nothing I Could Say’.
