Dan Black is back with his new single 'Hearts', featuring US star Kelis. See the video below.
The track is the first to be taken from his new album Do Not Revenge, which is due out later this year. The record follows his 2009 debut Un, which spawned the hit singles 'Symphonies' and 'U + Me'
Dan Black has written and produced for a whole spectrum of other artists - from the big names such Kelis, Imogen Heap and Bag Raiders to the up and coming such as Rozzi Crane and Sophie Delila.
Speaking about his vision for his new album, Black said: "Pop music, when it's right, wakes you up for a second. When you hear something and it gets you, it's like 'oh yeah - that's right - I'm alive’.
"Music can shockingly capture your most private of emotions and then utterly thrill you in the space of literally seconds. Not only when you listen to it, but even when you're making it."

Meanwhile, Kelis will headline an intimate club gig at the Proud Galleries in London, Camden tonight (Thursday 30 May).
