Metallica have unveiled the video for new track 'Spit Out The Bone'. Watch below.

Ahead of the release of new album Hardwired...to Self-Destruct, which drops tomorrow, the metal icons have been releasing a video a day in the build-up to their first new record in eight years. Today sees the release of another clip - which unleashes flashing images of a dystopian imagery and sees epic carnage unfold. The video is directed by Phil Mucci, who has previously worked with Korn.

The track follows previously released cuts from the new record 'Atlas Rise' 'Moth Into Flame' and 'Hardwired'. Things are shaping up nicely.

Metallica are also set to play an intimate London show tomorrow to mark the album's release. The band will take to the stage at House of Vans near Waterloo, in what is set to be an incredibly rare opportunity to see Lars Unrich and co - who are used to packing-out stadiums - in a tiny 850 capacity space.

The show is being held in support of charity The Railway Children, who assists children who live alone and at risk on the streets in the UK, India and East Africa.

Today (November 17) the band will be at the HMV store on Oxford Street to meet fans and sign autographs at midnight. It will be the first time the band will have done an in store signing in the UK.

Metallica haven't released a studio album since 2008's multi-platinum Death Magnetic.
