It has been a tumultuous year for The Weeknd, he's found his fame in a matter months, and now his new album has everyone excited.
Ahead of the release of The Weeknd's much anticipated follow up to Beauty Behind The Madness, The Weeknd has now showcased some singles.
Starboy, looks, and sounds, as though this could be the singer's best work to date, and that has all been but confirmed by the release of two singles from the forthcoming album,
The Weeknd, has already released the lead single and title track of the album in, 'Starboy', which features Daft Punk, no less.
Now, the singer has released another pair of singles, in 'I Feel It Coming', and, 'Party Monster'.
'I Feel It Coming', sees a somewhat softer side to The Weeknd, as his lyricism strays away from his usually crass, and quite plainly, rude soundbites. This does sound like Michael Jackson meets Daft Punk.
The other new cut, 'Party Monster', sees The Weeknd return to his more established sound. A song about drinking, and girls, which to be fair to The Weeknd, has proved to be a winning formula on his last album.
Ahead of Starboy, however, the Weeknd has announced a tour of his own. You can see the dates below, and get tickets, here:
