Daft Punk have been named Best International Group at the 2014 BRIT Awards.
The band were announced as the winners after an awkward introduction from Cesc Fabregas and Nicole Scherzinger. The French duo weren't there. Of course.
Nile Rodgers accepted the award on their behalf, having appeared on a number of Random Access Memories, including the No.1 hit, 'Get Lucky'.
"This is an award that is really a team award," said Rodgers. "My bro Pharrell Williams, Daft Punk, everyone who done RAM, all the engineers, everyone who worked on this record, really hard work.
"The robots have a real vision who stuck to it when people said it couldn't be done. I guess they were wrong."
Nile Rodgers will perform with Pharrell Williams in the live show, which is taking place at London's O2 Arena.
