Lorde dazzled fans at the first of three London shows last night with a sold-out gig at Shepherds Bush Empire. See photos and footage below.
The 'Royals' New Zealand teen sensation arrived in the capital for the 14-song gig at the iconic venue, before continuing to play Brixton Academy (Friday 6 June) and support Arcade Fire at Earls Court (Saturday 7 June) this weekend.
Appearing in a white shirt and black suit, Lorde struck a striking figure with arresting presence as she glided through tracks from her breakthrough debut Pure Heroine and played standard covers by The Replacements and Son Lux - ending the set with 'A World Alone' in a golden gown.
