Davinche has shared a long lost R&G album he produced for Katie Pearl way back in 2002.
Pearl was a hugely underrated singer, who was responsible for the R&G sound that seems to be resurfacing this year. It combines elements of Grime and R&B, into an incredibly soulful and upbeat take fusion of each genre. The sound of the album is incredibly ahead of its time, playing on the more beat heavy elements now heard in the sounds of Tinashe, FKA Twigs and even Beyoncé.

Unfortunately the album was never to be released due to the Paperchase label collapsing, although 'Ghetto Kyote' and 'Leave Me Alone' did emerge as singles. If it had been released however, perhaps the course of musical history may have been slightly different...
