Katy Perry has offered to write a campaign "theme song" for Hillary Clinton if she runs for President of the United States.
It seems Perry is finally behind Clinton, with the pop star posting an image of the pair posing at Clinton's signing for her memoir Hard Choices. "I told @HillaryClinton that I would write her a 'theme song" if she needs it..." she wrote.
It seems Clinton is keen to take up the offer, although she may already be happy to use one of Perry's previous hits instead. "Well that's not a Hard Choice. You already did!" wrote Clinton. "Keep letting us hear you Roar." Two plugs in one sentence? Not bad, Hil.

Meanwhile, current President Barack Obama's campaign playlist featured U2's 'City of Blinding Lights', Ben Harper's 'Better Way' and Stevie Wonder's 'Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I'm Yours'. Obama's candidacy also inspired a number of songs, including Jay Z's 'History' and will.i.am's 'Yes We Can'.
