Want to make sure your every moment of Glastonbury is on Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, Bebo, MySpace, Habbo Hotel and every other social network on the planet? Well, there will be free 4G wifi on site via some internet-connected cows.

The models, nicknamed wittily the 'highspeed herd' are part of a sponsorship deal between Glastonbury and a big-name mobile phone service provider. The cows have been painted by resident Glastonbury set painter Hank Kruger.

"It's not the first cow I've ever painted but it's certainly the most high-tech," says Kruger in a suspiciously corporate-sounding statement. "We've loved bringing these 4G beasts to life and I think they look brilliant. My team and I have even named them: Dolly, Daisy and Molly seemed the perfect fit to me."

The festival will offer cash-related home comforts to everyone that attends, with peace and love swapped for contactless card payments and the ability for users of a  certain phone network to pay for their booze with their mobiles.

In other new, more festival-esque additions to the festival, it was recently revealed that Michael Eavis has spent £600,000 on 'super toilets' that don't smell.
