The European dance event is one of the biggest in the world, with the small town of Boom set to swell in numbers from a modest population of 17,000 to a huge 200,000 as ravers from across the globe descend for a weekend of rave-fuelled antics.

“We’ve seen an unprecedented 1.5 million global searches for Tomorrowland this year, with people from nearly a hundred countries as far afield as Australia, the US and Japan snapping up tickets on site," says a spokesperson for ticket re-sale site, Viagogo. "The festival is now one of the top three most popular events on Viagogo, closely rivalling the World Cup.

“More and more people are turning to viagogo to buy before they fly, particularly for sold out events, so they know they have a guaranteed ticket in hand when they get to the event."

Tomorrowland takes place from 17-20 July 2014, and tickets are still on sale through Viagogo, starting at less than £50. Visit Gigwise tickets for more information.

Artists performing at the event include: Above & Beyond, Afrojack, Armin van Buuren (pictured above), Bassnectar, Benny Benassi, Carlo Cox, Diplo, Dmitri Vegas & Like Mike, Eric Prydz, Hardwell, Knife Party, Loco Dice, New World Punx, Nicky Romero, Steve Angelo, Steve Aoki, Tiesto, Yves V and more.
