Slipknot have hinted at an October release for their new album and unveiled the video for new song 'The Negative One'. Check it out below.
Yesterday, the band debuted the video for 'The Negative One', a track released purely for the fans. The video itself is just as Slipknot as the song, only amped up to 10. It has no plot to speak of, but features some seriously disturbing imagery alongside 'Knot staples like the Iowa goat head. Also it will make you want a bath pronto.
“The Negative One isn’t our single. That was just a gift for the fans,” Corey Taylor told Radio 1 last night (5 August). “The single comes out in a few weeks and it’s completely different. The music is very complex, and it’s really good. I can’t wait for people to hear it.”
He also revealed the band were aiming for an October album release.

The band who are yet to reveal their new masks, have also said that a big announcement is due Tuesday 12 August. Fingers crossed for a tour, but in the mean time check out everything we know about Slipknot's new album.
