Four To The Floor is music TV, 'but not as you know it'

 

Channel 4 announces alternative music show 'Four To The Floor' Photo:

Channel 4 is set to broadcast a four part series for new, alternative music, which aims to raise "a middle finger to bland youth TV of recent years."

As The Line Of Best Fit reports, the show will celebrate "the explosion of creativity an the cultural renaissance born out of the internet age."

Four To The Floor describes itself as, "A snapshot of music bubbling just outside of the mainstream, championing the DIY artists and those not limited by geography, genres, race or sex. FTTF is 100% music TV. But not as you know it."

FourToTheFloor is coming... from Lemonade Money on Vimeo.

The first episode will feature artists such as Little Simz, Joey Bada$$, Mac DeMarco and Majid Jordan. It airs at midnight on Wednesday 24 September (so, Tuesday night), and is followed by three more episodes.
