Ed Sheeran and Ariana Grande will perform at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards, set to take place in Glasgow later this year.
Taking over the Hydro Arena on Sunday 9 November, the ceremony is one of the biggest events in the music calendar, with Nicki Minaj recently announced to host this year's event.
Sheeran, who is nominated for two awards including Best British Male and Best UK and Ireland Act revealed the news via his facebook page, saying: “I’m going to be performing this year at the EMAs in Glasgow! I hear there’s another female artist performing… She’s got a few ‘problems’ and hangs out with rappers that might be a bit ‘fancy’…”
In the wake of that hint, Grande later announced she would also perform, telling her Facebook following “It’s going to be #EMAzing!”

The 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards take place on 9 November, and will be televised worldwide.
