Former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy's While We're Young soundtrack has been announced for release this Mark - featuring Murphy covering 'Golden Years' by David Bowie.
The film, which is by Noah Baumbach, is due for release three days later on 27 March and stars Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts and Ad-Rock of Beastie Boys' fame. It follows a middle aged couple befriending a young couple, chronicling all the general japery and feel good life stuff that they get up to.
The soundtrack features James Murphy covering David Bowie as well as David Bowie himself and tracks from HAIM, Paul McCartney, A Tribe Called Quest and many more.
Murphy and Bowie last collaborated when the DFA man remixed 'Love Is Lost' from the Next Day, as well producing Arcade Fire's Reflektor - which featuring Bowie on guest vocals.
