Daft Punk's Guy-Manuel De Homem-Christo has contributed a song to a new French action film starring Mike Tyson.
Gates Of The Sun: Algeria Forever follows “an Algerian secret agent who has to destroy an undercover paramilitary organization that plans to strike against the country and its people,” according to IMDB.
The track from Guy will feature in the big finale, which from the look of the trailer will be more than a little gun filled. Oh and Mike Tyson is also in the film for some reason.

Last year French magazine Tsugi revealed half of Daft Punk may release new music as a solo artist.
According to Tsugai "One half of Daft Punk, Guy-Manuel Homem-Christo, is currently register[ing] a solo album in the near western suburbs of Paris. Of course, no release date has yet been scheduled, but what is already known is that it will be full of guests on this album vocal solo, including the presence of Charlotte Gainsbourg."
Homem-Christo has produced other acts before (including Sebastian Tellier) but frankly we'll only believe it when we see it on Beatport.
