Mark Ronson will perform 'Uptown Funk', his new single with Bruno Mars from his fourth studio album on Saturday Night Live.
Ronson and Mars will appear as musical guests on Saturday Night Live for the Thanksgiving show on 22 November which will be hosted by Cameron Diaz.
Ronson is clearly thrilled to appear on the show. "I have pretty much watched every episode of SNL since I turned 14," he tweeted. "The fact that I get to play on that 30 Rock stage..."
Ronson's new single will be released on 10 November. His collaborator Bruno Mars recently posted the following on his instagram.
"For the past year, my buddy Mark Ronson has been secretly working on his album. I had the privilege to hear some of the material early on and I was blown away!! Even though I was on the road I told him I had to be part of it. After countless sessions and sleepless nights, we somehow managed to write a couple tunes that I am so proud of and couldn't be more excited for you guys to hear."
As well as Mars, Ronson has revealed he has also been in the studio with Action Bronson, Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa. "There’s this whole new wave of young rap talent that I find invigorating," he explained to Cuepoint.
